Our Policies

Processing.

Ready to ship (RTS) items will ship within 3 business days. All made to order items will ship within 7-10 business days. This does not include shipping time. This is the time frame allowed to complete your items and prepare them for shipping.

Shipping.

We take pride in your items and want you to receive them in the same condition they left our shop. All items are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking via USPS or UPS.

Returns.

Due to the nature of our business, items are made to order and we do not accept returns. However, we are human and if an error was made on our part, we will do everything possible to fix it.

Refunds.

All sales are final. Refunds will not be granted.
